Dr. Esther Reed is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in Physical Therapy with 7 years of experience. She has taken multiple pelvic floor courses through Herman and Wallace and has been refining her manual skills through courses from the Institue of Physical Art. She has also completed multiple Dry Needling courses through Kineticore. She enjoys working with patients with a variety of ailments, but specializes in pelvic health and orthopedics.
Outside of physical therapy, she loves spending time with her husband, Cort, and 3 fur babies (Samson -Goldendoodle, Lexington and Delilah -brother and sister rescue cats). She enjoys being active outside playing sports, hiking, and rock climbing. She is also a loyal Chicago Bears fan.
Axios Physical Therapy was started in June 2022. Our approach focuses on retraining functional movement through regaining mobility and improving proper movement mechanics from specific to general in order to facilitate long term gains and decrease risk of re-injury or loss of function. She makes a point every session to ensure understanding and knowledge in physcial therapy related to their injury to promote awareness and return to higher levels of function.
